  First Star: Is the location neat? Yes. The floor is clean and the tables are promptly wiped down between guests. Second Star: Is the staff friendly? Yes. Every waiter has always been helpful and patient. Third Star: Is the service prompt? Yes. There's always a weekend brunch line outside but the turnover is fast. Once inside, food is never far from your order time. Fourth Star: Is the product/service satisfactory? Yes. The hash browns are crisp, the meats and eggs always come out to order. Fifth star: Is the price acceptable? Yes. It's reasonably priced diner food.

  I want to come back and give this place a second try. I had the jalapeno jack burger, and I think I was the least satisfied person in my party. The burger was fine, but I've had better. That said, the service and fries were good, and everyone else who went with me seemed to really love it. I'll update this review whenever I get the chance to come back, although it might be a while.

  The food is always good and very large portions. The diner has a lot of decor to look at and read to fill your time waiting for your food. The wait staff are always friendly. I recommend this place.

  The service was excellent and the food was great. Lumpy's prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. One thing to note, the are in the process of changing ownership. I Will be sad to see them leave. I will have to go to the Lumpy's in Pittsburg on Railroad Ave.

  Love this place great customer service and good people. Food is great as well. Make sure to get their tots with your mean. Only thing i would not get from them is toast because its usually burnt toast which is fine snice everything else is great.
